2. Selected data protection methods applied by the Operator

  1. Login and personal data entry areas are protected at the transmission layer
    (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login credentials entered on the website are encrypted on the
    user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. User passwords are stored in hashed form.
    The hashing function works one-way — it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is currently the
    modern standard for storing user passwords.
  3. The Operator periodically changes its administrative
    passwords.
  4. In order to minimise the risk of unauthorised access to data, the Operator
    uses complex passwords containing lowercase and uppercase letters, digits and special characters, no shorter than 8 characters.
  5. Two-factor authentication is used on the website, which constitutes an additional form of protection for logging in to the Website.
  6. An essential element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used
    by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of
    programming components.

    may be recorded:

    • resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
    • time of arrival of the request,
    • time of sending the response,
    • client station name – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
    • the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – in the case where access to
      the Website took place via a link,
    • information about the user's browser,
    • information about the IP address,
    • diagnostic information related to the process of self-service ordering of services via the registrars on
      the website,
    • information related to the handling of e-mail correspondence directed to the Operator and sent by
      the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information about how your data is used

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if this is
    necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfil the obligations incumbent on the
    Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:

    • the hosting company on the basis of entrustment
    • authorised employees and associates who use the data in order to fulfil the purpose of the website's operation
    • companies providing marketing services for the Administrator
  2. Your personal data is processed by the Administrator no longer than is necessary to carry out the
    activities associated with it as specified by separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). With regard
    to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

    there are important legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and
    freedoms, in particular the establishment, pursuit or defence of claims.
  5. A complaint against the Administrator's actions may be lodged with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2,
    00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Website.
  7. Actions may be taken in relation to you consisting of automated decision-making, including
    profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of the
    Administrator's direct marketing.
  8. Personal data is transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means
    that we send it outside the territory of the European Union.

  1. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, insofar as it is provided.

  3. In some cases, the Website may record information making it easier to link the data in the form with the
    e-mail address of the user filling in the form. In such a case, the user's e-mail address appears within
    the url of the page containing the form.

  1. Information on user behaviour on the website may be subject to logging. This data is used for the purpose of
    administering the website.

7. Significant marketing techniques

  1. The Operator applies statistical analysis
    of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to
    the operator of this service, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's
    end device. With regard to information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network,
    the user may view and edit information resulting from cookie files using the tool:

  2. The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology
    means that the Facebook service (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) knows that a given person registered with it uses the
    Website. In this case, it relies on data of which it is itself the administrator; the Operator does not transfer
    any additional personal data of its own to the Facebook service. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's
    end device.
  3. The Operator uses remarketing techniques, allowing advertising messages to be matched
    to the user's behaviour on the website, which may give the impression that the user's personal data is being used
    to track them, however in practice no personal data is transferred from the Operator to the advertising
    operators. The technological condition for such activities is enabled cookie support.

    solution that studies user behaviour by creating heat maps and recording behaviour on the website. This
    information is anonymised before being sent to the service operator, so that the operator does not know which natural person it
